Passeggiando ogni qualvolta sul lungo mare di Celle Ligure, tutto d’un tratto, ci si imbatte in una vetrina piccola che sa subito certamente di arte. E’ l’ingresso della Bottega Artigiana di ceramiche “il Tondo“. Aperta nel lontano 1982 dal maestro Marcello Mannuzza e tutt’ora portata avanti dallo stesso con l’aiuto del figlio Andrea, anch’esso maestro di ceramica.
I due Maestri portano alta l’immagine di Celle Ligure in modo significativo tramite le loro opere.
Il Mannuzzza Senior è riuscito addirittura a vincere il Mondial Tornianti di Montelupo Fiorentino con l’opera “Pinocchio” nel 2018 e inoltre ha lavorato accanto ad artisti internazionali  collaborando assiduamente con il maestro Pizzichini.
Figlio d’arte di Lele Luzzati ha, infatti, in maniera esauriente e significativamente preso il suo posto producendo prestigiose opere per premi letterari, musicali e altro.
In poche parole ci troviamo di fronte ad un angolo d’Arte prestigiosa.

Ho avuto la possibilità di ritrarre sia Marcello che Andrea nel loro bellissimo laboratorio mentre sono all’opera nel produrre le loro opere d’arte motivo per cui sono grato alla loro ospitalità.

Every time you walk along the seafront of Celle Ligure, all of a sudden, you come across a small shop window that immediately certainly smells of art. It is the entrance to the “il Tondo” artisan ceramic workshop. Opened way back in 1982 by the master Marcello Mannuzza and still carried out by the same with the help of his son Andrea, also a ceramic master.
The two Masters raise the image of Celle Ligure in a significant way through their works.
Mannuzzza Senior even managed to win the Mondial Tornianti of Montelupo Fiorentino with the work “Pinocchio” in 2018 and also worked alongside international artists, collaborating assiduously with maestro Pizzichini.
Lele Luzzati’s son of art has, in fact, comprehensively and significantly taken his place by producing prestigious works for literary, musical and other prizes.
In short, we are faced with a corner of prestigious art.

I had the opportunity to portray both Marcello and Andrea in their beautiful laboratory while they are at work producing their works of art which is why I am grateful for their hospitality.
